Doug Ford recently purchased a slightly used jet that could be used for his ongoing travels back and forth to the 7-Eleven. And when occasion serves, for work purposes, in his words, “Whatever that looks like.”
Premier Ford is said to have been in discussions with the myriad of construction developers on his speed dial, mapping out the widening of his Etobicoke drive way when the project was stalled due to a public outcry over the purchasing of the plane on the public purse.
After witnessing someone with a remarkable resemblance to Premier Ford rolling back the odometer at a local air hangar, observers have warned authorities to watch for the plane to appear later this week on Facebook Marketplace.
In response to the large negative sentiment, Premier Ford did attempt to calm the waters by offering to use the plane for Uber delivery to citizens across the province. But he was unable to get confirmation he could in fact guarantee delivery in 30 minutes or it’s free.
Thousands were offended that money was being diverted from things like healthcare. Premier Ford attempted to assuage those concerns by offering to fly the occasional patient to the Walmart pharmacy closest to them for the purchase of bandaids and Tylenol.
There is no confirmation that Ford did reach out to Kristi Noem for advice on customizing the plane for multiple purposes to ensure the jet was providing “good value for the fine people of Ontario.”
